Eilish joined Ascension in November 2021. She is responsible for Investor Relations and Operations Management. Prior to joining Ascension, Eilish qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen before working in Finance, Format Strategy and Insights at Sainsbury’s.

She has spent the last decade bringing up her sons, whilst running her own part-time business The Baby Care Company, running corporate seminars and private sessions on the practicalities of life with a new baby and toddler.

Eilish has an MA in Physiological Sciences from Magdalen College, Oxford University and continues to take an active interest in Medical Science.
Her interests include discovering new foods, Spinning, Pilates and walking her excitable Cocker Spaniel, Ella.
