We backed Saltroad at pre-seed, and today we are delighted to see the team raise £1.5M and acquire AI documentation platform Ogma.
Saltroad is a clinician-led speech and language therapy provider with a nationwide network of more than 1,000 therapists. The round was led by Techstart Ventures, with Ascension, ScaleX and a group of angel investors participating.
Speech and language therapy is in huge demand, and too much of a therapist's time is lost to admin. Bringing Ogma in-house adds AI-powered clinical documentation that automates notes, so Saltroad's therapists can spend less time writing up and more time with the children who need them, with clinicians firmly at the centre of care.
