📤 Fyxer AI – This one’s a game-changer. I’m still new to it, but I’ve been shouting its praises to anyone who’ll listen. It sits in on calls and drafts follow-up emails with action points (instant productivity win!) and even learns how my team and I write. Every time I get a new email, it drafts a reply so close to what I’d say—it’s like having a mini me on standby.

📝 Granola – Need discreet note-taking during calls? Granola’s got you. It listens in on meetings (even phone calls, if activated) and creates the best summaries I’ve seen—seamless and accurate.

🔍 Perplexity – My go-to alongside ChatGPT. The app shortcut is a lifesaver for quick fact-checks or market sizing estimates during founder calls. It’s great for giving me a range of sources and letting me pick which one is most relevant.

📊 Humble AI – Mahdi Shariff (雷锋), the founder, has nailed it with this one. Humble helps analysts and associates (and anyone in investment) manage deal flow like pros—sharing new deals, checking for overlaps in your database, and pulling key info from Crunchbase. A total lifesaver for anyone in VC.

🌐 Arc Browser, built by The Browser Company – This one is not really a tool, but a whole new way of browsing. I switched from Chrome to Arc last year on Sonia George‘s recommendation, and it’s revolutionised how I work. It keeps my tabs organised, turns my favourites (like Gmail and Notion) into neat little icons, and has a quick shortcut to ask ChatGPT questions.

Honestly, I don’t know what I did before tools like these—they’ve become so embedded in my daily routine. If you’re looking to supercharge your productivity, I can’t recommend these enough! 🚀
